Returns and refunds

Pet Today accepts change-of-mind return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, email pettodaysa@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please wait for approval and return-address instructions before sending anything back.

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us as soon as you discover the issue, with photos where possible. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by law.

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. Delivery-charge refunds will be assessed according to the reason for the return and applicable law.

This voluntary return policy does not limit your rights under applicable South African consumer law, including rights relating to defective goods.
