Shipping Policy

We deliver within South Africa to addresses covered by our delivery partners.

Shipping charges

 

Standard delivery is R150 nationwide. Your applicable delivery charge is displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

 

Order processing and delivery

 

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after dispatch.

 

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, public holidays, remote locations and courier disruptions may affect delivery. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you.

 

Delivery information

 

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a contact number at checkout. Contact pettodaysa@gmail.com promptly if you notice an address error. We will try to assist, but changes may not be possible after dispatch.

 

If a delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you about the next steps and disclose any applicable redelivery charges before arranging another delivery.

 

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

 

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged or with incorrect items, email pettodaysa@gmail.com with your order number and details. Include photos of damage where possible.

 

We will investigate with the delivery partner and arrange an appropriate resolution. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable South African consumer law.
